Alexander V. Leon is Chief Financial Officer of Vanir Construction Management, Inc.. Mr. Leon is in charge of company-wide financial operations. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Leon is responsible for the general accounting, cost accounting, budgets, audits, taxes, and statistics of the company. Mr. Leon is responsible for banking relationships and arranging proper financing in support of company operations. He coordinates, negotiates and supervises employee benefit programs and assists in the control and support of operating activities. Mr. Leon also serves on several Vanir company boards, including Vanir Group of Companies, Inc. and Vanir Development Company, Inc.


Clint Ramsey, CFO

As Sprig Electric’s CFO, Clint’s responsibilities include the day-to-day management and direction of all financial operations including: General Accounting, Treasury/Banking/Cash Management, Tax & Compliance, Payroll and Financial Reporting.

His responsibilities also include Human Resources and Systems Development. Clint is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the areas of planning and analysis, financial systems, SEC reporting, taxes, treasury and investor communications. His experience in operational and corporate accounting includes domestic and international consolidations. He has a diversified background in various business sectors including construction, public accounting, software, professional services, retail, information management, electronic commerce, payment systems, healthcare, manufacturing and agriculture.


Lorne Rundquist, CFO

Rosendin Electric, Inc. www.rosendin.com

Lorne Rundquist is the CFO of Rosendin Electric, Inc and has been with that organization since 1988.  He was involved in the transition from a 2nd generation family owned business in 1993 to an 100% employee owned organization through the establishment of the Rosendin Electric ESOP.    He has participated in the growth of Rosendin from a regional California based contractor to an enterprise that has offices on both the east and west coast with additional offices and projects in between.  Rosendin is the largest privately owned electrical contractor in the States.  Lorne has been involved with the CFMA since 1988.
